If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for a exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 30% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department using our RMA FORM within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA no. are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. Steeringwheelscover.com will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.
Non-Defective Item(s)
For all Non-defective items, refunds or exchanges can be requested within the initial thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Upon obtaining an RMA number, items should reach the shipping carrier within 7 business days as per tracking details. Return shipping information is mandatory. All return item must be returned with shipping prepaid. All returns must be in AS-NEW condition with original hardware and shipping packages. Non-Defective items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply for missing or used single-use hardware, alteration, or damage.
Defective/Damaged Item(s)
For factory defective/Damaged item(s), a refund and/or exchange request must be submitted within the first 5 days after delivery date. All return requests must be made within 5 business days post-delivery to obtain a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Once the RMA is issued, items should reach the carrier within 7 business days based on tracking info. Track details must be supplied.
